These terms and conditions govern your use of the Spoken With Love service, operated by a small UK based business. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The service

Spoken With Love allows you to record a voice message which we transcribe, format into a printed letter, and post to a recipient of your choice within the United Kingdom. The service costs £10 per letter, which includes printing, envelope, and postage.

Placing an order

• You are responsible for checking the letter preview before payment. By paying you confirm you are happy with the content.
• You are responsible for providing the correct postal address. We cannot be held responsible for letters sent to an incorrect address.
• You must ensure the content of your letter is lawful and does not contain anything offensive, threatening, or illegal.

Delivery

• Letters are posted within 1 working day of payment being received.
• We post via Royal Mail. Delivery is typically 2-5 working days but we cannot guarantee delivery times as these are outside our control.
• We post to UK addresses only at this time.
• Once posted, the letter is the responsibility of Royal Mail.

Refunds

• If your letter has not yet been posted, we will offer a full refund. Please contact us immediately at hellospokenwithlove@gmail.com
• Once a letter has been posted we are unable to offer a refund as the service has been completed.
• If Royal Mail loses your letter we will reprint and repost it free of charge. Please allow 10 working days before reporting a letter as lost, as Royal Mail may be delayed.
• If there is an error in the transcription that was not corrected before payment, we are unable to offer a refund but will reprint the letter at a 50% discount.

Complaints

If you have a complaint please contact us at hellospokenwithlove@gmail.com and we will respond within 2 working days.

Intellectual property

The content of your letter belongs to you. By using the service you grant us permission to process your voice recording and letter content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
